Gujarat's Andrew Tye ruled out of IPL 2017 with dislocated shoulder

Gujarat Lions’ speedster Andrew Tye has been ruled of this edition’s IPL after suffering a dislocated shoulder injury in the match against Mumbai Indians on Saturday. The 30-year-old Australian, who is the leading wicket-taker for the Lions in this year’s tournament was immediately taken to the hospital, where his dislocated shoulder was re-adjusted back into the socket. Meanwhile, Tye said, “Unfortunately this is the end of the tournament for me. As heartbreaking as it is, I have enjoyed my time here. The people at Gujarat Lions have looked after me well.”
