The police have reportedly said girls’ mobile numbers are being sold from recharge outlets across Uttar Pradesh. The prices for the girls’ phone numbers are varied between Rs 50-Rs 500 and are based on their looks, say reports. Reportedly, the numbers are being used to stalk them over the phone. The report also stated that the racket was unearthed after CM Akhilesh Yadav had set up round-the-clock police helpline 1090.
