Miss France Iris Mittenaere was crowned as the 65th Miss Universe in Philippines on Monday. The 24-year-old is a dental surgery student from Lille in the north of France. Notably, Miss Haiti Raquel Pelissier became the first runner-up with Miss Columbia Andrea Tovar as the second runner-up.
