The Flipkart-Snapdeal merger talk is said to be in the final stages. According to reports, the confirmation is expected to come by the end of May. The reports also suggest that Flipkart and SoftBank are planning to share swap ratio of 1:10. However, the SoftBank is said to hold at least 20 percent in the merged entity.
