Chief Electoral Officer VK Dewangan reportedly said, the Electronic Voting Machines reportedly will display photographs of candidates in the upcoming Manipur and Uttarakhand Assembly elections for the first time in the country. Notably, the Assembly election in Uttarakhand is scheduled for February 15, while in Manipur, it will be held on March 4 and 8.
