Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has reportedly claimed that two of the three election commissioners are biased because of their proximity to PM Modi and MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Kejriwal also reportedly accused LG Anil Baijal's office of leaking reports to the media and becoming “an active party in the election”. Claiming many projects were now stuck in the LG's office, Kejriwal said he had failed to get any respite despite meeting Baijal every week.
