According to a report by ESPN, Goku, the cartoon character from anime series Dragon Ball Z’s, has been adopted as the ambassador of Tokyo-hosted 2020 summer Olympics. Goku, a popular character from the series, is one of the most dedicated athletes in the manga universe as he spends a majority of his life training in martial arts. Notably, Japan is well known for producing anime and manga shows.
