DMK has reportedly filed a caveat in the Supreme Court over local body elections on Tuesday. According to reports, DMK leader and Rajya Sabha MP R S Bharathi filed the petition appealing to the apex court not to pass any order over the local body elections in Tamil Nadu without hearing DMK. Notably, the Madras High Court had earlier ordered the Election Commission to conduct the polls before May 14.
