Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan on Saturday reportedly said a normal person uses ATM card and he does not require any education as remembering the password would be enough. He also asked people to use cards for payments instead of using it in ATMs to withdraw money. Reportedly, he urged the opposition to support the government's new infrastructure.
