Actor Dhanush has reportedly appeared before the Madurai bench of Madras High Court in connection with the paternity claim made by an elderly couple. The court had earlier summoned Dhanush to be present on Tuesday to verify his birthmarks as mentioned by the couple. Notably, the couple, who have initiated legal proceedings claiming he was their biological son, has sought monthly maintenance of Rs 65,000 from Dhanush. According to reports, government doctors verified the birthmarks and the bench adjourned the case till March 2.
