Deadline for providing Permanent Account Number to the banks by savings account holders has reportedly been extended to June 30 by the Union Finance Ministry. According to reports, the Income Tax Department has made this announcement, which allowed banks to collect PAN or Form 60 until June 30. Notably, the earlier deadline for submitting PAN was February 28.
