Dark chocolate can protect your brain from aging: Study

A research study conducted at the University of California San Diego has revealed that eating dark chocolate may protect the brain from age-related stress and inflammation. The study states that ‘flavanol’ found in dark chocolate reduces the damaging oxidative of stress and neuroinflammation. Notably, ‘stress’ reportedly plays a crucial role in the neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.
