A special court has reportedly issued a non-bailable warrant against Bollywood veteran actress Mamta Kulkarni and International drug baron Vicky Goswami in a Rs 2,000 crore drug bust case. According to reports, the court’s move comes after police found an evidence against the two, who are considered to be the main players in the case.
