In a bid to reduce its wage bills, a select few senior employees of American tech MNC Cognizant Technology have been offered a mutual exit, with nine months salary as a severance package. Reportedly, the company on Tuesday night sent out emails to its directors and senior VPs, giving them an option to exit the organisation on a cordial note. While directors are offered the nine-month packages, AVPs and SVPs will get the six-month deal.
