In a $3.7 billion deal, Cisco Systems Inc is buying AppDynamics Inc, US business software company, the company reportedly said on Tuesday. Reports suggest that the move comes as the company is trying to focus outside of its core networking business such as cloud computing. Notably, a week ago, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co announced that it would buy SimpliVity, a cloud software company, for $650 million in cash.
