The Ministry of state security, North Korea on Saturday reportedly accused the US and South Korea of 'plotting to kill' its leader, Kim Jong-un. The state security also said that it arrested a North Korean who was reportedly paid to carry out an attack on Kim Jong-un with biochemical substances.
