In the rape and murder case of perfume specialist Monika Ghurde, the Goa police reportedly filed a 283 pages charge sheet on Friday at a trial court in Mapusa in north Goa. The charge sheet was filed against 22-year-old security guard Rajkumar Singh under various sections of Indian Penal Code for robbery, murder and sexual assault.
