Chief Executive Officers of Indian IT companies, including Infosys and Cognizant, have reportedly faced a cut in their performance bonuses for the last year due to the growth struggles in the industry. According to reports, Infosys chairman Seshasayee has said that the compensation for the company’s CEO Vishal Sikka came down as the targets were not met.
