The Centre is reportedly expected to bring in an emergency ordinance for conducting jallikattu. According to reports, the centre’s move comes after the Supreme Court rejected a plea for delivering its judgment on Jallikattu before Saturday. Notably, Jallikattu was banned by the apex court in May 2014.
