Former AIADMK MP KC Palanisamy, who earlier filed a case against Sasikala’s appointment as the party’s general secretary, has reportedly withdrawn the case. According to reports, after Palanisamy’s move, the Madras High Court quashed the case. Notably, Sasikala was appointed as the AIADMK chief on December 31, 2016.
