Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police SP Vaid on Thursday reportedly said bullet does not see who is coming or who is hit. Asking the youngsters to stay at homes, Vaid said a lot of provocation is there from the “other side”, probably referring to Pakistan. He also reportedly added, “In spite of great provocation, we have been able to minimise collateral damage and civilian casualties.”
