The state of Bihar on Monday became the second state after Telangana to ratify the legal framework for the rollout of Goods and Service Tax Bill in the state. This comes after the Bihar Legislative Assembly, and Legislative Council unanimously adopted the GST Bill, 2017 along with Bihar Taxation Amendment Bill, 2017.
