England all-rounder Ben Stokes will reportedly skip his country's two-match ODI series against Ireland to play more matches for the Rising Pune Supergiants in IPL 2017. The two-match ODI series between England and Ireland is scheduled to happen on the 5th and 7th of May this year. By skipping the ODI series, Stokes will be available for the entire duration of 14 league matches for RPS. Notably, RPS bought Stokes for a record Rs.14.5 crore at the IPL auction.
