Kolkata Additional Commissioner of Police Vineet Goyal has reportedly asked the bar-owners in the metropolis to keep breath analyzers ready and a pool of additional drivers to drive drunken customers back home. Bars were given 15 days time to implement the directive, and late-closing permissions may not be accorded in the event of non-compliance of the directive.
