In a gripping turn of events, Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was adjudged caught during a review initiated by Australia for an LBW appeal in the second Test in Bengaluru on Saturday. Jadeja was initially given not out by the on-field umpire following an LBW appeal off Nathan Lyon’s delivery, prompting Australian skipper Steve Smith to review the decision. Interestingly, Jadeja would go on to edge the delivery which was caught by Smith himself at first-slip, leading to the third umpire overturning the original decision to adjudge Jadeja caught in slips.
