Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly announced that any scientist from the state who wins a Nobel prize will receive Rs 100 crore prize. Reportedly Naidu said that despite having abundant talent, India has not been able to produce Nobel laureates. Further, he added, there is a lot of potential among the youngsters, and if encouraged, Nobel laureates would emerge from them.
