South African cricketer AB de Villiers has reportedly announced that he would not keep wickets in IPL 2017. According to reports, de Villiers, who is currently representing Royal Challengers Bangalore, has said that he would not consider wicketkeeping as his back would not allow that. Notably, de Villiers had earlier suffered a back injury and was said to miss the initial matches of the tournament.
