The Centre has reportedly made it mandatory to provide Aadhaar number for Employees’ Pension Scheme. In its notification, the labour ministry has reportedly said that those without Aadhaar numbers have to apply for it to get enrolled by January 31. According to reports, the subsidy will not be credited until the Aadhaar number is submitted.
