Employees Provident Fund Organisation has reportedly announced that Aadhaar number would not be mandatory for withdrawing funds from pension accounts. According to reports, the retirement fund body had earlier mandated Aadhaar for withdrawal process. The members in service for less than 10 years can submit a full and final settlement claim for the withdrawal of funds in their pension account, added the reports.
