Response for Muppozhudum Un Karpanigal
I am happy about the tremendous response for Muppozhudhum
Un Karpanigal and am glad it has reached the youth populace.
The social networking sites are abuzz with congratulatory
messages and many directors are calling to wish me.
I am also happy about the way MUK has shaped up. And
this is my first film with Elred Kumar.
I am teaming up with Thamarai
for the first time

I
know Elred Kumar as a producer of superhit films
like Ko and Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya. He narrated
a script with international standards and I
got excited. That’s how MUK began and
the tunes composed in China. First time I am
teaming up with Thamarai. I am glad about it
as I have earlier worked with Vairamuthu sir
and Naa Muthukumar sir. I am happy about the
reach of my album MUK. I am sure I am going
to work more with Thamarai in future.
BGM in MUK
There is a vast scope for BGM in MUK as there are many
visual based elements in the film.
Single track launch in MUK
A single track was launched in Las Vegas. I was not
able to make it there but they did in a grand manner.
You know about the production company and they promote
the films well. They are one of the best production
companies I have worked with.
Oru Murai
I have sung this song. It is a personal song and it
is about the gifts that can be presented to your girl
friend. The producers took Thamarai to different places
like Express Avenue for her to get an idea about the
various gifts that can be presented. I did the composing
in Macau and it is the favorite song of many.
Shruthi Haasan
Elred recommended Shruthi and she has sung a song with
Baba Sehgal which is bouncy and peppy. There was a good
response for the song during the audio launch.
Andrea
Andrea has sung a few portions in Oru Murai song. She
had rendered in a breezy manner.
Producers
Elred sir is one of the best producers I have worked
with. It is a solid team. They are very generous when
it comes to spending for the film. They are very keen
to take the film to the next level which can be seen
in their promotions. I am very happy to be a part of
R S Infotainment.

been 2011 for you?
2011 has been superb for me- Aadukalam, Deiva Thirumagal,
Mayakkam Enna and now Muppozhudum Un Karpanigal. My
songs have featured in all top 10 lists. It is the result
of all the years of hard work. My responsibilities have
increased which make me work much harder to deliver
better product and I also feel more confident now.
