Ok Jaanu is an upcoming romantic entertainer starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. Music for the film is composed by A.R.Rahman and directed by Shaad Ali. The film is remake of Tamil hit Ok Kanmani directed by Mani Ratnam. Lyrics for the songs have been dealt with by Gulzar, Mehboob and Badshah.

Jubin and Shashaa perform par excellence with their stylish vocals which are exactly needed for this number. This version would sure find a great appeal for the younger lot who missed the initial era of A.R.Rahman!

The song again scores well and doesn’t disappoint the lovers of the original composition!

The Hip-hop marvel scores again with the lyrics department while the original composition is retained with additional Rap portions. The song gets an additional contemporary flavor with additional beats and rhythm section. Instead of using Hindi rap, Rahman uses the stylish Hip-Hop rap which gives the song an international flavor instead of fusion effect.
