had the problems right from the first day
of the film pooja and faced several trials
and tribulations, Kamalhaasan's Virumaandi
finally
made to the big screen
after a name change from the original, controversial
Chandiyar . The movie faced problems from a
certain section of people belonging to a particular
cast. Finally, Kamal met the CM Jayalailtha
and accepted to change the title for the movie.
