Shankar could have taken all these scenes in a normal way since there are not many who are going to observe the beauty of these scenes in a 3 hour movie. Yet he has undertaken the pains to shoot all these scenes in an innovative way. During filming the movie for more than 10 months, the director has set himself small challenges and by achieving those he must have attained immense satisfaction. Success is the reflection of one's confidence and Shankar has it all and shows it all too. No wonder he has been carving Anniyan for more than a year.
