The song has been recorded in Mubai at Suresh Wadarkar's studio. The music is scored by the renowned music director Uttam Singh who has already scored the music for the movie Dil to Pagal Hai. Sonu says that he feels proud to sing a song for a Pakistani movie which can be also said as a part of national integrations.
