Mani Ratnam has not directed any Tamil film after the failure of Aytha Ezhuthu. His Hindi venture Yuva did reasonably well. He has been working on a new script for quite some time now. It is not going to be a Tamil or Hindi film, but an English one. It will be produced by a leading Hollywood company. Mani has given three scripts for their choice. Shooting will commence from next month. The announcement about leading actor and actress, besides the technicians will made by Mani soon.
