Jeyam Ravi is the hero of Dass. He plays a footballer in this film. The film has opened to a lukewarm response and is not said to be doing particularly well in several centers. Ravi is reportedly upset with the result especially because his previous two films were runaway hits and he had several producers lining up to sign him. He has decided to be more careful about his choices. His next project is Mazhai which will be produced by SPB Charan.
