Arjun has recently acquired a huge piece of land, about 20 acres at Chennai’s Virugambakkam, close to Vadapalani. One must note that Virugai is a fashionable suburb with several film folks setting up home there. Arjun plans to build a farmhouse with exclusive landscaping and garden décor. He has asked the architect to design a temple for Hanuman, of whom he is an ardent devotee.
