Shilpa Shetty was a popular actress in Hindi and she also appeared in a few Tamil films, notably, Mr. Romeo and Kushi. Her younger sister, Shamitha appeared opposite Vijaykanth in Rajjiyam. Despite doing a couple of films in Hindi, she is also concentrating on Kannada films. She is presently working in a Kannada film called Auto Shankar.
