The general public associates movie folks with glamour and a ‘have-it-flaunt-it’ attitude. For example, they normally do not attend a function alone, but usually bring along a huge entourage. Similarly, they carry not one but several mobile phones. But in this crowd of uppity guys, we have a man who still retains his simple roots. He is the hit director Cheran. While even a junior associate or a struggling starlet has a trendy mobile phone, this guy, surprise, surprise, does not have one or at least he does not carry it along to distract the public’s attention.
