Q: How did you enter into Kollywood?
Mandira: When I was approached by the "Manmadhan" team, I told them that I will agree to act in the film only if I liked the story. The story was e-mailed to me and I happen to really like the story. Moreover the film was a youthful one, so I agreed to act in that film.

Q: So was everything confirmed via email?
Mandira: Yes, that is the easiest means of contacting me. I always carry my laptop with me so that you always get my reply immediately.

Q: How was your experience working in Kollywood?
Mandira: It was really nice to work with the Tamilians. I had a totally different experience working with them. I would love to do another film in Tamil as well.

Q: If you are allowed to chat with a V.I.P. whom do you prefer to chat with?
Mandira: Amithab Bacchan. I would love to chat with him. It would be very happy for me, if I get that opportunity.

Q: Have you seen any other Tamil movies, before entering into the Tamil cine field?
Mandira: No, but I have heard that lot of films are produced in the Tamil cine field. I had a great opening in all the languages when I was acting in the TV serial "Shaanthi".

Q: There is a hot news that many models in the world are afraid of you. What is your comments?
Mandira: Really!!! I have heard that I have fans throughout the world who like me. I didn't know that any model is afraid of me. It was quite a surprise to me. I have done compeering for the world cup cricket series, and through that experience, I have earned lot of fans throughout the world. While things are like this, I don't understand why anyone has to get afraid of me.
