The Fardeen Khan-Sushmita Sen starrer Dulha Mil Gaya, which also has Shah Rukh Khan in a guest appearance, is directed by Muddassar Aziz and produced jointly by Viveck Vaswani and Insight Productions. Dulha Mil Gaya is romantic family entertainer shot mostly in the Caribbean and Punjab.

The film’s negative rights were acquired by Morpheus Media Ventures for an undisclosed sum. Morpheus Media Ventures will be the sole presenter of Dulha Mil Gaya.

According to the press release, Rajat Jhunjhunwala of Morpheus Media Ventures said, "We believe in the movie and Viveck Vaswani. While much has been said about the film, the team at Morpheus used its own judgment to evaluate the potential of movie and went ahead with the deal. We will not only provide financial capital but also our network of distribution partners and marketing that will do justice to a film of this stature."
