Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty married her long time beau and business associate Raj Kundra in a private ceremony that took place in Kiran Bawa’s villa in Khandala. The actress did not invite many of her Bollywood colleagues to the wedding except Suneil Shetty, Sunny Deol, Jackky and Vasu Bhagnani.

The wedding reception that is due to be held on Tuesday, 24th November 2009, will, however, have a host of Bollywood celebrities attending the event.

Thirty-four-year-old Shilpa Shetty met the thirty-three-year-old London-based Raj Kundra after winning the Big Boss reality show. Raj, who is a divorcee, has a young daughter from his previous marriage.

While Raj wore a maroon and gold sherwani designed by Shantanu and Nikhil, Shilpa sported a burgundy and red saree embellished with Swarovski crystals, which was designed by Tarun Tahiliani.
