Director
Milind Ukey, who is directing the upcoming film
Paathshaala, says that it is unfair to compare
his film with Aamir Khan’s Taare Zameen
Par. He clarifies that while Aamir’s TZP
deals with a problem faced by a single child,
Paathshaala is about the education system in
India as a whole.
Udey was quoted by the PTI as saying, “We
conceived the idea of ‘Paathshaala’
even before `TZP’ The impression is wrong.
Aamir’s film dealt with a single child’s
problem but my film is about the entire education
system and how it is affecting children at large.
It is dealing with larger issues.”
The film, which is presented by Eros International
and produced by Ahmad Khan on behalf of Paperdoll
Entertainment, will hit the marquee on April
16th. |
