Priyadarshan
known for his unusual sense
of comedy has been successful
in most of his attempts but
will his latest effort survive
the test? De Dana Dan would
be one occasion where you will
be looking for an opportunity
to laugh. The chemistry of the
trio, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal
and Sunil Shetty which worked
magic in Hera Pheri is ridiculed
to nothingness in DDD.
Nitin Bankar (Akshay Kumar)
and Ram Mishra (Sunil Shetty)
are two strugglers in life who
are trying to find a way out
of all their debts to a luxurious
life. They devise a plan to
achieve what they desire but
as usual their plan goes haywire
and as the plot thickens, new
characters are being introduced
and twists and turns increase.
The plot similar to Hera pheri,
is a series of mistaken identity
which has been done many-a-times
by other filmmakers ironically
using the same set of actors
too, but some how it doesn't
work this time.
The stumbling first half and
the complicated second half
lead the movie to be termed
as a ‘desperate‘
attempt to |
