He left the meeting in anguish, after
his speech.
The ruling party member and comedy actor
S V Sekar, then stood up to continue the
session. He said that the directors have
the right to decide the title suitable
for their movies. He quoted some of the
day to day English sentences spoken in
our day to day life.
Director V Sekar then continued the session.
He said, it is indecent to forget who
we are and what language we speak. He
insisted that we should give some respect
for our mother tongue.
S V Sekar in reply asked him, why he named
his previous movie’s title as “Aei”,
if he had the conscious of giving respect
to his mother tongue.
Similar arguments took place after that,
and finally the meeting was concluded
without taking any decision upon the matter.
