Devayani who plays the servile Abi in Kolanal is an angry woman these days. It seems that director S.V. Nagendran had included her name opposite a young hero in his forthcoming film, Indraya Kadhal without her consent. When he approached her with the invitation for the inauguration of the film, she gave him a piece of her mind and threatened that she would complain to the producers’ association and actors’ union. The director changed the invite as being held in AVM without mentioning the actress’ name. This has not apparently pacified her.
