An assistant to Director Ramanarayanan, Rajendran is directing
the movie "Thodamale". Actress Uma is the heroine. Though this is love
story, the heroe and heroine act without touching each other, a strange
feature in Tamil films. It is being produced at the Govind Studios. On
enquiries, it is found that Uma said: I shall give importance only to
the story; and not the director or a new cast.Thodamale is also one of
that kind.
