Ashima was the georgeous girl in Prabhu Deva's Allaudin and Vijayakanth’s Ramana. Despite having turned out good work in the film and the film’s box office success, she did not get further offers in Tamil. Her next Tamil film is Naan aga naanillai paired opposite Jai Akash( of Amudhe and Ramakrishna). The film is directed by Nanda who is an associate of Vikraman. Music for the film has been scored by S.A.Rajkumar.
