Yar Kannan is the director of Yuga. The special point of Yuga is that 50 dance artistes are producing it. Needless to say, leading stars have lent a helping hand in the production by making appearances at rates much lower than normal. Dance star Prabhu Deva has performed a number choreographed by father, Raju Sundaram. Deena has composed the music and Pa.Vijay has penned the lyrics. Simbu has sung a song in the film. Richa from Mumbai has done a striking item. There are four heroes – Richard, Manikandan, Sukumar and Raja. The heroines are Swetha Asrani, Santhoshi and Barathi. Nasser plays a scientist while Swarnamalya is his assistant. AVM Studios and Hotel Blue Moon have shown a large-hearted gesture in letting out their premises for shooting at no cost.
