While most directors use film sets or rented houses for their movies, Cheran has gone one step ahead to build his own house for his movie.

This trend of Cheran is not new in his career. He had already built a house in a village for his movie Pandavar Bhoomi. Similarly, he is building a house for his current venture Thavamai Thavamirundhu with the help of his art director J J.
